Refund & Return Policy
At Lau Style, all our products are custom made especially for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalized items such as t-shirts, mugs, or tumblers.
However, if your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue — for example, a broken mug, a misprinted design, or a torn t-shirt — please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in such cases.

We only accept returns in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged, such as a broken mug or cup.
- The design was printed incorrectly or does not match what was ordered.
- The product has a fabric defect, such as a ripped or torn t-shirt.
To request a return or replacement:
- Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Send an email to refund@laustyle.com
- with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll review your request and let you know the next steps. If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund.
